VsI EDUKACINIAI PROJEKTAI (EDUPRO) is a non-governmental not for profit organisation with 7 staff members (trainers, social workers, social programmes coordinators, etc.) developing, organizing, coordinating trainings in the field of non-formal education for various target groups as well for professionals and volunteers.
In the educational activities there are involved adults of all ages, starting with professionals of social work and ending with vulnerable and risk groups, e.g. long term unemployed, families at risk, young people at risk, elderly, etc. Through these activities organisation aims to assure the rights of target groups to different services which will enable them to develop their capabilities and skills, to become a major factor ensuring equal involvement in life of the society and labour market

Sandgerdi Reykjanes Geopark Iceland Step by Step, NGO is a research and training organization, founded in 1987, owned by Hansina Beinarsdóttir. The company is located in Reykjanes Geopark in the south west of Iceland.
The organisation has over 30 years of experience in project managing and training, in different areas and different fields. Our major emphasis has been on VET and WBL for adults, working within and for all kinds of companies. Over the years we have been involved in many research programs within the field of adult training and learning with the aim of having people to understand the importance of lifelong learning. The company has been in a leading position in its work by designing inside training and peer-to-peer programs for diverse companies. The company has been developing over the years and uses innovative approach in its training and in its implementation of knowledge to enhance skills for adults’ learners, both skilled and unskilled.Over the years, Step by Step has fine experience in cross cultural working in diverse field all over Europe as well as developing and managing different project in India and USA.
Entrepreneur and project manager Hansína B Einarsdottir has extensive experience working with all kinds of companies, developing educational project, creating and presenting different seminars on a global level for the past decades. She is an entrepreneur, not only running her NGO training and research company, she also started up her own hotel (www.hotelglymur.is) with her husband.
Jon Rafn Högnason has worked for Icelandic hotels holding a different job from running the restaurant up to taking over as a food & beverages management and is owner of “The Crown Chicken” restaurant and also opened a hotel with his wife (www.hotelglymur.is). Over the last years he has been working as a project manager, developing diverse project and seminar for rural tourism in Iceland and Europe.

Finland, Anmiro Oy
Anmiro Oy is experienced in implementing international projects, targeted to support nascent entrepreneurs, VET providers as well as to support the integration of vulnerable groups – elderly people, migrants, ethnic minorities, as well as in providing expert services for project teams, such as implementation and quality management and internal/ external evaluation.
The EU project mission of ANMIRO OY is to assist organisations and businesses in their transnational project application and project management. Accordingly, we consult our clients aiming to find partners for their EU projects as well as providing application preparation services. We have created many successful applications for various EACEA–programmes and other programmes e.g., Interreg. We also assist project co-ordinators in project management and quality assurance issues. Finally, we can offer external evaluation for projects.
The enterprise mission of ANMIRO OY is to provide support in the form of expertise for the Finnish and international organizations in their internationalisation and entrepreneurial activities. Most notably, we consult new firms/entrepreneurs aiming to survive in during their first years. More important for a business organization than having a large size is to secure business survival and/or commit themselves to operating in the new markets with a manner that is locally favourable.
In this NordPlus Adult project we are responsible for internal evaluation.

The mission of Learning for Integration ry is to promote the learning of languages and cultural sensitivity of migrant, immigrant and refugee children and youth in Finland and other Nordic countries in order to facilitate their integration into the new culture and the development of a multicultural society. In addition, our purpose is to support Swedish learning in Finland.
We have a solid background in language teaching and material creation and we would like to use this experience to support our mission to create language awareness through activities such as playgroups for pre-school children, language exchange groups for adults and free language learning material and eLearning possibilities for all ages. We also participate in several Erasmus+ and NordPlus projects regarding immigration and language learning.

AOF-East has specialized in creating a balance between demands from the companies, the competences of actual and coming employees, and the resources necessary for creating optimal solutions.
Throughout many years, the AOF-East has assisted Municipalities in re-qualifying and re-placing citizens, who have lost contact to the labor market.
The assignments are primarily solved by use of individual contact-relations between employees from AOF-East and the Citizen.
Experiences from these contact relations are offered to companies as a concept that enables the companies to minimize costs and optimize earnings by:
- Keeping good employees and their competences in the companies
- Qualifying actual and potential employees
- Helping companies to recruit qualified work force
- Helping companies and municipalities to reduce absenteeism
AOF-East has a staff of around 20 employees and has divisions in several cities in Zealand.
The staff represents a wide range of educations and experiences:
social workers, teachers, psychologists, systemic coaches, experts from the health sector and experts from companies.
The total of competences enables AOF-East to offer high quality services to municipalities, citizens and companies.
AOF actively participates in EU projects/NordPlus projects and has qua its employee’s good contacts in several countries in Europe.

Estonia, Seiklejate Vennaskond
Seiklejate Vennaskond is an Estonian youth and civil society organization, which connects active adventurous people together. We work mainly with young people, but also with youth workers, trainers and teachers and organizations active in non-formal education field and lifelong learning. Our members have participated and organized different youth exchanges, seminars and training courses concerning equality, fight against racism & xenophobia, human rights, mobility and migration, environment protection, healthy lifestyle, no hate speech movement, refugees and other issues. Our volunteers gather every month to take up new ideas and think how to put them into practice. We sincerely believe that young people today can make a difference and we all work for this purpose.
First activities of the organization date back to the year 2003 when group of active young people got together to organize a youth exchange. After that there have been many local regional activities concerning integration, adventure tourism and different interest specific activities. Since 2010 Seiklejate Vennaskond has become from non-formal youth group to a registered non-profit organization.
